Recruitment Consultant

Location: One Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HN

Hours: 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £26,500 + uncapped commission (First year OTE £40k - £60k)

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

Identifying, headhunting and engaging senior-level talent
Building relationships with high-level candidates and clients
Developing new business opportunities and growing client relationships
Building a strong pipeline and personal network within your market
Working towards clear commercial targets and performance standards

£40K - £60K+ First Year OTE (made of £26,500 basic salary + commission)
