Equans is looking for a Cleaner to join the team in Equans, Flaxton House, Greenmount Terrace, LS11 6BX on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12.71 per hour and benefits package.
Shift Pattern:
08:00am to 16:30pm
What will you deliver?
The Cleaner plays a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our properties, helping to create a safe, welcoming environment for tenants, colleagues, and visitors.
This role includes carrying out routine cleaning tasks, managing waste effectively, and supporting the overall upkeep and presentation of the site.

Who are we looking for?
- A valid driving license and access to reliable transport are essential, as the site is not served by public transport
- Carry out daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming surfaces and floors
- Empty waste bins and manage recycling in line with site procedures
- Identify and report any maintenance or health and safety issues
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
