Full job description

A position has become available for a reliable and organised part-time Accounts Assistant to provide part time support with day-to-day accounts and administrative duties.

Hours: 3 days per week, 10:00am–2:00pm

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Duties will include:

* Assisting with day-to-day accounts work

* Processing invoices and payments

* Bank reconciliations

* Maintaining accurate financial records

* General bookkeeping and accounts administration

* Filing and organising paperwork

* Providing general support to the accountant

The ideal candidate will:

* Have previous experience with Excel, Word, Xero

* Be organised, reliable and trustworthy

* Have good attention to detail

* Be confident using computers and accounting software

* Be able to work independently
