Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop personalised care plans, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers an opportunity to utilise leadership skills and deliver exceptional nursing services in a supportive environment. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being through expert clinical practice and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and care plans
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document observations accurately
Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
Administer medications and treatments safely and in line with healthcare regulations
Provide health education and support to patients and their families
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective patient care
Lead nursing team activities, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff where necessary
Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the clinical environment

Requirements

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body
Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, demonstrating strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Proficient in developing care plans that meet individual patient requirements
Strong organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards

Pay: From £22.00 per hour
