Full job description

Brookeswood is based just outside Leek, in the Staffordshire Moorlands, and we are a family-owned company.

We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of premium quality timber windows, doors and stairs.

We are seeking someone to join our team as a painter/maintenance

· Visit client’s premises to carry out painting duties to external joinery

· Carry out minor adjustments to casements and doors

· Undertake routine maintenance in accordance with our Ensure service

· Assist in the paint shop when not on site

· Liaise with the Production Manager regarding the priority of work

· Adhere to the Health & Safety regulations

· Salary is dependent on experience

· Part time hours to be discussed

· Holidays to be pro-rata dependent on hours

· Workplace pension

· PPE and protective clothing will be provided

· In-house training will be provided on hardware adjustments

· Previous experience in painting is essential

· Ability to follow instructions and paperwork correctly

· Attention to detail – very important

· Monday – Thursday 7.00am – 4.00pm

· Friday 7.00am – 1.00pm
