Up to £16.49 per hour (Plus Paid Travel Time ) | Full time and Part Time opportunities

The Role

As a community based Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes, delivering person centred care that is tailored to each individual.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and hygiene support
Administering and prompting medication
Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring good nutrition
Providing valuable companionship and emotional support
Assisting with light household tasks as needed
Encouraging independence and community involvement

What We Are Looking For

Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
The ability to travel independently between clients' homes
A truly caring, compassionate, and professional approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible and reliable nature
