About the Role
JS Woodcraft is seeking an experienced, commercially focused, and highly organised Office Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales support function. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, this is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing sales administration, customer service coordination, management reporting, and office-based sales activities.
The successful candidate will function as the central link between customers, sales personnel, operations, and senior management, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales office while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting business growth.
This position is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a high performing, challenging environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while driving operational excellence.

The company distributes its floors across the United Kingdom and Europe and counts on some of the country’s best interior designers, architects, and property developers as its customers.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining strong, long term customer relationships.
· Function as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses to enquiries.
· Conduct regular customer reviews to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
· Generate new business opportunities through existing networks and prospecting activities.
- Analyse sales data and prepare management reports to support decision-making.
· Support the managing director in implementing sales strategies, business objectives and KPIs.
· Oversee the complete sales order process from quotation through to delivery and invoicing.
· Oversee the day-to-day operation of the sales office, developing effective office procedures, controls, and workflows.
· Coordinate communication between sales, operations, finance, and senior management teams.
· Provide effective leadership and support to sales administration staff where applicable.
· Manage CRM and sales management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
· Maintain reporting systems and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights.
What we are looking For
Essential Skills and Experience
· Proven experience in sales administration, sales office management, account management, or sales support leadership.
· Strong customer relationship management and account development experience.
· Excellent reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with reporting systems.
· Strong organisational and time management abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results – entrepreneurial mindset.
· Strong commercial awareness with exceptional attention to detail.
· Experience managing CRM systems.
Desirable
· Previous experience in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industries.
· Previous experience managing office based administrative or sales support teams.
· Experience producing management information for senior leadership.
· Knowledge of ERP or business management systems
· Applicants must have practical experience using Sage Accounts for day-to-day accounting tasks.

Pay: £40,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
