Job Title: Sales Account Executive – Bespoke Training & Organisational Development Solutions

Location: Must be able to work in Leicester initially whilst training then the position will be a hybrid role.
Package: Competitive base + bonus

We’re growing fast and looking for a fearless sales pro who can open doors, build relationships at every level, and close big, complex deals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hitting the phones, the inbox, and LinkedIn to create and convert opportunities — from first contact to signed contract.
Managing long, consultative sales cycles with HR leaders, L&D teams, and senior execs.
Uncovering client challenges and building bespoke conceptual solutions that hit their business objectives.
Working closely with our training and development team to shape high-value proposals and pitches.
Owning your pipeline, forecasting accurately, and hitting ambitious targets.
Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Who You Are

A natural hunter who loves the chase, not just the close.
Experienced in B2B sales, ideally within professional services, learning & development, or consulting.
Confident speaking to everyone from mid-level managers to C-suite decision-makers.
Skilled at solution selling and creating tailored proposals that make sense to smart, busy clients.
Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Resilient, resourceful, and relentless — rejection doesn’t faze you.
Hungry for success, recognition, and serious commission.
