Customer Service Advisor

Location: Newarke Street, Leicester

Salary: £27,202.50 per annum pro rata (£13.95 per hour) with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

Hours: Average of 37.5 hours per week (contracted to 1950 hours annually pro rata) between 8am to 8pm.

This role is a fixed term contract for 11 months

Skills & Qualities

A People Person friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships.
Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, and resolving issues.

Organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and keeping accurate records.

No prior property experience? No problem! Were looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service.

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
