Ragdale Hall Spa are delighted to be offering a rare opportunity in our luxury hospitality sector.

We’re recruiting a Dining Room Supervisor to join Ragdale Hall Spa at an exciting time of change. This role offers the opportunity to get involved in shaping the future of one of the UK’s most prestigious spa dining experiences.

You will be ready to impart your fresh ideas and expertise at the hall, whilst supervising guest care and general dining room service. This role will also support our Dining Room Manager in leading our fabulous team of over 70 Waiters/Waitresses ensuring all guests receive a warm, professional and first class service.

Hours of Work:

5 days per week, including weekends
Two weekends off per month
One full weekend off
One additional Saturday or Sunday off
Rota issued 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan ahead
Typical shift patterns:
9:30am – 5:00pm
12:00pm – 9:00pm
1:00pm – 10:00pm
3:00pm – 11:00pm

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Dining Room Manager by maintaining a strong floor presence and overseeing all dining room service, leading by example
Setting, maintaining, and regularly auditing the highest standards of guest care
Managing guest queries professionally and calmly to a satisfactory resolution, ensuring correct reporting, handover, and follow‑up procedures
Monitoring and auditing all service procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
Monitoring the quality and presentation of food served, ensuring it meets guest expectations and luxury spa standards
Coordinating specific food and beverage activities with the marketing team for special events and new initiatives
Conducting regular training to support personal development and future progression
Supporting and supervising the Assistant Supervisor, Senior Waiting Staff, and Waiting Staff

Skills, Experience & Requirements

Proven experience working within luxury hospitality, ideally within a spa, hotel, or similar environment
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Passion for mentoring, training, and developing teams
Strong guest‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
Applicants must be aged 18+ due to the service of alcohol

Salary:

Competitive, depending on experience
