Job Title: Store Manager

Company: CUPP Bubble Tea

Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 + £3,000 bonus

Location: Leicester City Centre

Job Type: Permanent

Job Overview

Our store managers are the heart of our organisation, providing direction and enthusiasm and helping us grow our business. The perfect candidate will be ready to hit the ground running with a strong background in the hospitality industry, a positive can-do attitude, excellent decision-making skills, and the energy needed to drive our business forward. We are seeking a leader committed to success.

Responsibilities

· Taking full ownership and responsibility of our flagship Leicester store

· Motivating the team to be fanatical about great customer service

· Solving day to day challenges of operating a store in a fast-paced environment

· Overseeing cleanliness and maintaining high company standards in health and safety practices

· Recruitment, training, motivating and mentoring the team

· Confident in administrative duties that apply to running a store

· Managing store KPIs, including but not limited to - sales, gross profit, wage targets, stock levels, staff rotas and holiday requests.

Skills & Qualifications

· Passion and knowledge of the hospitality sector

· Understand financial management of a business

· Ability to effectively communicate with management and employees

· Self-motivated and inspiring

· Ability to prioritise effectively

· Be available flexibly during operational hours (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)

· Basic IT Literacy

· At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality sector in a management position

Work environment

You will be responsible for operating our flagship store located in the heart of Leicester city centre, working with a team of part time and full-time team members in a fun filled environment focused on customer service and product quality at all times.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing franchise that is expanding and looking for people who want to grow with the business

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
