The Role

As a key member of our clinical team, you will help us keep quality at the heart of everything we do. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting holistic patient assessments and creating tailored care plans
Delivering immunisations, wound care and health screenings
Running chronic disease clinics (e.g., diabetes, asthma)
Providing family planning advice and performing cervical screening
Supporting minor surgical procedures
Promoting health education and disease prevention
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Contributing to audits and quality improvement initiatives

About You

You’ll be a qualified and experienced Practice Nurse with the clinical skills and confidence to deliver excellent patient care. Your strengths will include:

Experience across a broad range of nursing procedures

Enthusiasm for our mission, values and ongoing improvements
