Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) – Narborough

About Us
At St George’s Nursery, we believe in giving every child the very best start in life. Our nurseries are vibrant, inclusive spaces where children are encouraged to learn through play, and staff are supported to achieve their potential.

The Role
We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners at Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team. As a key worker, you will play an essential role in supporting children’s early development.

You will:
- Be a key person for a group of children, planning and recording their learning journeys.
- Deliver fun, creative, and educational activities in line with the EYFS.
- Provide a high standard of care, including health, hygiene, and safety.
- Work closely with parents, providing updates and building positive relationships.
- Contribute to the wider nursery team, supporting colleagues and sharing ideas.
- Attend training, meetings, and parents’ evenings as required.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (with GCSE English/Maths or Functional Skills if required).
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete).
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting desirable.
- A passion for helping children grow and develop.

Hours & Pay
- Full-time or part-time available
- Salary: from £12.86/ hour (depending on qualification and experience)
