At 3RS IT Solutions, we're not just looking for someone to fill a role, we're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow and become part of our team.

We're an managed IT support provider based in Kettering, supporting businesses across the UK with everything from day-to-day IT support and cyber security to cloud solutions and communications.

What you'll be doing

As an IT Support Technician Apprentice, you'll work alongside our experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience while studying towards your qualification.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing first-line IT support to our clients.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Setting up laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
Assisting with Microsoft 365 administration.
Helping maintain networks and cloud-based systems.
Logging and updating support tickets.
Learning about cyber security best practices.
Visiting client sites with senior engineers when required.
Building your technical knowledge every day.

No two days are ever the same, and you'll be encouraged to get involved from day one. We're much more interested in attitude than knowing everything already.

You'll be someone who:

Has a genuine interest in IT and technology.
Enjoys solving problems.
Is keen to learn and develop new skills.
Has excellent communication skills.
Is organised and reliable.
Can work well as part of a team.
Takes pride in delivering great customer service.
Holds a full UK driving licence (or is working towards one) - desirable but not essential.
