Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, particularly in settings such as offices, hotels, restaurants. We also cover domestic cleans to which experience would be beneficial. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring a pleasant environment for both staff and customers. A strong focus on customer service is also vital , as you will be interacting with guests and ensuring their needs are met. Punctuality and attention to detail is also paramount as we can have quick turn around times but need to adhere to a standard we set at the Cleaning Experts. (Full DBS will be required when applying for this job.)

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and restrooms.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with laundry services as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or domestic home environments is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Good physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings, including weekends if necessary.
Ability to get to and from jobs
