Operations Administrator

Leicester

£25k per annum pro rata

Part time

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that places a strong emphasis on employee well-being and creating a positive, supportive work environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to support our busy office with the drafting, administration, and management of legal documentation.

What we are looking for:

A confident and professional telephone manner with clear communication skills
Comfortable handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and directing them to the appropriate team
Friendly, patient approach with the ability to deliver excellent customer service, including to more vulnerable customers such as the elderly
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail; this role involves managing important paperwork and documentation
Basic IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent written English is essential
Willingness to learn – full training will be provided on our internal systems and CRM software (previous CRM experience is helpful but not required)
Enjoy working methodically and with accuracy in a team-oriented environment
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels
