## Overview
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in various office software tools.

## Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilise Google Suite/Office365 for document management and collaboration
- Computerise information and maintain electronic records
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide general administrative support to the team

-Visit properties

## Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload

-Must have Driving Licence
