Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Buyer-Supplements to join our team in the UK. This role is vital in sourcing high-quality supplement products, negotiating with suppliers, and managing supply chain logistics to ensure our customers receive exceptional products efficiently . If you are passionate about health products and have experience with procurement within this industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement for assigned categories, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
Partner closely with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to bring new products from concept to launch
Identify market trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities within the health and wellness sector
Drive supplier collaboration to support new product development (NPD), reformulations, and cost improvements
Own pricing strategies, margin optimisation, and cost-saving initiatives
Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply chain risks
Work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure continuity of supply, effective inventory management, and successful product launches

Key Skills & Experience Required:

· Proven experience as a Buyer, ideally within FMCG, supplements, or health products

· Strong background in supplier negotiation and strategic sourcing

· Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority

· Commercially astute with strong analytical and decision-making skills

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

· Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge of UK/EU regulatory requirements in supplements or consumer goods (desirable)

Leadership & Product Development Capabilities:

· Experience guiding products from concept through formulation, sourcing, and launch

· Ability to align technical, commercial, and customer perspectives

· Strong project management skills with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset

· Comfortable acting as a bridge between suppliers, internal teams, and innovation strategy
