About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Aluminium Window Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating high-quality aluminium windows, doors, and glazing products to exact specifications while maintaining excellent standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate aluminium windows, doors, and associated products from technical drawings and production paperwork.
Operate fabrication machinery, cutting saws, CNC machines, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Assemble frames, sashes, and hardware components to company quality standards.
Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure all products are completed accurately and within production deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Report any production issues, defects, or machinery concerns to supervisors.
Assist with stock management and material handling when required.

RequirementsEssential

Previous experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
Good understanding of fabrication processes and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Desirable

Experience with systems such as Smarts, Cortizo, AluK, Schüco, Reynaers, or Senior Architectural Systems. (preferably smarts)
CNC machine operation experience.
Forklift licence.
Knowledge of glazing and curtain wall fabrication.
