About Us
Enveco Ltd is the UK’s leading manufacturer of envelopes for the greetings card industry, known for our excellent service and high-quality products. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our friendly office team.

The Role
This is a varied position where you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently from receipt through to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries
Processing orders accurately from receipt to dispatch
Liaising with customers and internal manufacturing teams
Providing product advice and support to customers
Identifying and maximising sales opportunities
Supporting the team in achieving sales targets

About You:

Previous experience in a sales office or customer service role (preferred)
Confident communicator with strong telephone and written skills
Able to work independently and use initiative
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook (essential)
Experience with Sage Accounting (desirable)
