In this role, you'll be a vital part of our mission to reduce electronic waste and deliver exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of a wide variety of electronic components, helping us continue to exceed our customers' expectations. Don’t worry if you don’t know electronic components inside out—we’ll train you up!

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join us. The role encompasses all aspects of ensuring our customers receive the highest-quality products that they have come to expect from our customer-centric service. We are looking for a sharp-eyed, curious, and enthusiastic individual to become a key member of our team.
Your Role
As a Quality Control Inspector, you’ll help uphold the high standards our customers rely on. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team, has a sharp eye for detail, and loves learning something new every day.
The role will include packing and shipping. However, the vast majority of your time will be spent inspectting and analysing electronic components. You will be encouraged to shape your role and the processes and systems within the business to improve efficiency, and communicate daily with colleagues and external customers to ensure the highest level of service.
Daily responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):
● Inspecting and analysing incoming electronic components (full training provided)
● Supporting internal and external customer satisfaction
● Helping manage warehouse processes and shipping
● Performing inventory checks and quality control
● Ensuring everything we do complies with our high standards and ISO procedures
● Identifying areas for improvement—your ideas are always welcome!
About You
You’re the kind of person who:
● Brings a positive, proactive attitude to work every day
● Is a people person who values good communication, both written and verbal
● Is IT literate and proficient using Microsoft Excel
● Has great attention to detail (find the spelling mistake in the previous sections for bonus points!)
● Enjoys working as part of a team, but is confident working independently
● Has 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or operations setting (ISO environment preferred)
● Is keen to grow with a high-tech, purpose-driven company
● Is proficient in online research: tell us the difference between a varistor and resistor in your application!
● Experience within the Electronics/Manufacturing industry preferred

Salary: £28,000-£34,000.00 per year, depending on experience and ability.
