Full job description

We are looking for experienced carpenters to join our team due to the expansion of our company. We currently have a strong order book for Luxury Lodges both to holiday parks and own land customers. Our Lodges are built to residential spec and will need to built to meet these specifications and you will need to keep to our build plans. You will need to be able to do first and second fix and have experience in both. Some if the first fix include timber framing and stud work, roof trusses made with our templates, t&g floor. Second fix includes kitchens, door linings, doors, mdf ceiling boards, Fitted wardrobes, double glazing, cladding, light weight roofing and much more.

A few points about the job are as follows.

Must be able to work to build plans
Work as a team and as an individual
Tools will be provided
Have a eye for detail with some lodges being £200,000
Work to a schedule
Be flexible to do overtime if behind on schedule (supplier lead times etc)
Will have extra hours available
Must have a driving licence

Pay will depend on experience, There is also room to grow and progress within our company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
