Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll assistance, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Professional HR certification is an advantage.
