Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our team, we are seeking someone who shares our values of delivering excellent customer care in well-established independent optical practice.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Optical Assistant to join our team.

In this essential front-line role, you will receive, assist and clerk in patients in a professional, courteous and efficient way, along with booking appointments and taking payments. You will also spend time in our workshop checking spectacle orders.

The role is varied and requires both exceptional face to face interaction and good telephone manner

You will provide general assistance to the practice team in the day to day running of the practice and project a positive and friendly image to our patients.

We offer a dynamic, fun environment and the successful candidate will be offered an excellent package that will include a competitive salary, uniform, pension, and excellent staff benefits that includes two Health insurances, spectacles and contact lenses

We are looking for a full-time member of staff. Salary dependent on age and experience.
