Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and skincare routines with precision and care
Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all treatment areas and equipment
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to enhance their overall experience
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to deliver modern services

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role with a focus on skincare treatments
Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and health & safety standards in the industry
Ability to work flexibly during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
Certification or qualification in beauty therapy or cosmetology
A positive attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
