Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a property Sales Negotiator in our Property Sales Team located in Glasgow's West End and become a vital link between property sellers and buyers! In this energetic role, you will drive the sales process forward by engaging with clients, negotiating deals and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to closing. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help us deliver outstanding service, foster lasting relationships, and achieve sales targets. Duties

Actively engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions
Negotiate offers and terms between clients to secure successful sales agreements
Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering client questions confidently
Maintain organised records of all client interactions, appointments, and negotiations
Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate marketing efforts and promote available properties effectively
Provide clear guidance on the sales process, ensuring clients are well-informed at every stage
Support administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating listings, and managing correspondence

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is highly advantageous for managing documentation and client records efficiently

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client appointments and follow-ups seamlessly
