Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Advisor

Steven Eagell Group are seeking talented individuals to join the team as Customer Service & Salespeople at our Letchworth branch.

Established in 2002, we have grown to become an award-winning automotive retailer with over 40 branches across the Southeast of England and the West Midlands, and a turnover of over £1billion.

About the role:

We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday plus weekends on a rota basis that has been adapted for work/life balance.

Please note: Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.

About you:

- Full UK manual driving license is required for this role.

(Provisional / Non UK driving licences are unacceptable)

- Customer Centric attitude, with the ability to understand customer needs.

- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers.

- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a Rota basis)

Responsibilities day to day:

- Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements

- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager

- Co-ordinate and work alongside the sales manager

- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty

- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork

- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role

- Previous retail sales experience
