Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Team Member and be the heartbeat of our lively venue! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Verify guest age using proper serving procedures and handle transactions efficiently using POS systems
Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for everyone
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support overall venue operations

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, especially in bar service or serving roles
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service protocols
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and change calculations
Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a lively setting
Familiarity with standard serving techniques and beverage preparation methods
