2. The Opportunity

2.1 Role Overview

Position: Lead Medical Aesthetician & Therapist Development Manager

This role has been designed for someone who wants more than simply delivering treatments. It is for someone who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, developing talent, and helping shape the future of a growing business.

Whilst you will continue to work clinically with patients, you will also become responsible for supporting the development and commercial success of our Medical Aesthetician team across all clinic locations.

Most importantly, you will play a leading role in creating what we hope will become a defining part of our business: The Dr Yusra Therapist Academy.

3. The Dr Yusra Therapist Academy

One of our ambitions is to establish an internal academy dedicated to developing outstanding Medical Aestheticians. Rather than relying solely on external education, we want to create a structured development programme that supports every therapist throughout their career with Dr Yusra Clinic.

As Lead Medical Aesthetician & Therapist Development Manager, you would help design, develop, and lead this programme.

4. Responsibilities

4.1 Clinical Excellence

You will continue to deliver advanced face and body treatments whilst leading by example.

4.2 Therapist Development

Working across all clinic locations, you will support the development of our Medical Aesthetician team.

4.3 Commercial Leadership

A key aspect of your role will be helping our therapist team maximise both patient outcomes and commercial performance.

Working alongside the CEO and Medical Director, the Operations Director and Clinic Managers, you will support improvements in:

Consultation conversion
Treatment programme uptake
Upselling and cross-selling
Handling objections and pricing queries
Target setting and accountability
Performance tracking and coaching insights
Average patient spend
Retail performance
Patient retention
Membership growth
Therapist confidence
Overall therapist revenue

You will also be responsible for reviewing commercial performance data, conversions and identifying areas for improvement, and using insights to guide coaching and development priorities across the team.

We believe that effective commercial performance in aesthetics is built on confidence, expertise, and trust. Your responsibility will be to develop therapists who can confidently identify patient needs, educate them on appropriate solutions, and recommend comprehensive treatment plans.

When patients trust their therapist's expertise and feel genuinely understood, commercial success follows naturally.

You will coach and develop our team to drive revenue with confidence, integrity, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

4.4 Building the Therapist Academy

You will have the opportunity to shape the Academy from the ground up.

Working alongside the leadership team, you will contribute to:

5. Location & Working Arrangements

Primary Clinic Base: Manchester and Liverpool clinics with travel to London

This is a multi-site leadership role. Regular travel will be required to support therapists, deliver coaching sessions, and maintain consistency across all locations.
