Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant – Join Finesse Chiropractic, Tamworth!

Finesse Chiropractic is a professional, patient-focused private clinic with multiple locations across Nuneaton, Bedworth, Tamworth and Birmingham.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to join our Tamworth branch and help set up a smooth front desk before we fully open to patients.

About the Role:

Be the first point of contact for patients and provide a professional, welcoming service
Manage phone calls, emails, bookings, and rescheduling
Diary management for chiropractors
Scan, take notes, and handle general admin
Social media content creation and uploads when needed
Additional tasks and training opportunities to support the team

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has strong customer service skills, confident and compassionate face-to-face and over the phone
Can thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and think on their feet
Is computer-literate and willing to learn our chiropractic software
Is highly organised with exceptional admin skills and proactive in improving processes
Friendly, reliable, professional, and approachable

What We Offer:

Starting rate of £12.71 per hour, with increases based on performance
Comprehensive training on systems, software, and clinic procedures
A chance to shape a new clinic’s operations and patient experience
Work in a professional, innovative, patient-focused environment

Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Hours: 20–25 hours per week

Monday – full day
Wednesday – part day
Friday – part day
Saturday – part day

Flexibility may be required depending on clinic needs, patient bookings, and future growth of the clinic.

This role requires someone who is well-spoken, fluent in communication, confident speaking with patients both in person and over the phone, and able to provide a high standard of “red carpet” customer service.

Do you Live in Tamworth? ONLY applicants living in Tamworth will be considered
Do you have a minimum of 1 year reception experience? ONLY applicants with 1 year experience will be considered. During the interview a computer literacy will be done.
Would you be willing to travel from Tamworth to Birmingham/ Nuneaton Vice Versa if the clinic requires (In unfortunate situations of short staff at either site?) ONLY applicants who are willing to travel will be considered
