Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Barber Supervisor to lead and manage our team of skilled barbers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and barbering, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering exceptional grooming experiences while supervising staff to uphold the salon’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of barbers, ensuring they deliver professional haircuts and grooming services.
Assist clients with their styling needs, providing expert advice on haircuts, styles, and grooming products.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the salon environment
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Promote a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and leadership.

Skills

Proven experience in barbering with advanced skills in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Effective communication skills in English is essential
Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering consistent quality standards
