Contracts Co-ordinator

Are you an organised and motivated Office Administrator looking to work in an award-winning organisation?

WJ Surface Treatments, part of the WJ Group is a market leader in highways safety, marine surface coatings and surface preparation. We work across the UK, Europe and further afield. Job Description

This is a full-time role, although flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate. As part of our Operations Administration Team, you will work closely with the Managers as we oversee all aspects of operational delivery.

This will include:

· Directly supporting the operations teams

· Using the in-house Enterprise Resource Planning system

· Managing WJ Surface Treatments SharePoint filing system

· Setting up customer contracts

· Collating information and using excel spreadsheets

· Liaising with customers

· Directing telephone communications as required

· Other general administration duties as required

About you:

The candidate we are looking for in this role will posses the below skills, behaviours and experience.

· Good communication skills both written and verbal

· Systematic, thorough, well-organised with good time management

· Diligent, hard-working, and innovative

· Good computer skills and basic competency with the Microsoft suite

· You must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel spreadsheets, along with an aptitude for maths accuracy and good attention to detail

· Preferably an experienced Administrator who is familiar with this type of role, although training can be provided.

This role will be based in our office in Witham St Hughs, Lincoln however they may be a requirement to travel for work on occasion.
