Join Josh’s Care Company – Complex Care Support Workers Wanted in Lincoln!
Hourly Rate: £14.50 per hour + 12.07% Rolled-Up Holiday Pay
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Contract: Bank position (Zero-hour contract)
Shifts: Days, waking nights, alternate weekends (mainly 12-hour shifts)

As a valued member of our Bank Team, you will receive rolled-up holiday pay at 12.07% on top of your hourly rate, ensuring you are compensated fairly for your time off. This means your holiday entitlement is paid alongside your regular pay, giving you greater flexibility and transparency.

Are you an experienced Complex Care Support Worker based in Lincoln looking for a role with maximum flexibility? Do you want to make a real difference supporting people with complex needs — including many children — in your local community? If so, Josh’s Care Company wants you to join our dedicated Bank Team!

We provide specialist care for individuals of all ages with conditions such as Motor Neurones Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and other complex needs. In Lincoln, we support a growing number of children’s and adult care packages, and we need skilled carers with flexible availability who can step in to cover shifts at short notice to ensure our clients receive continuous, high-quality care.

Your Role Includes:

Delivering a wide range of specialist care, which may include managing tracheostomies, PEG feeding, catheter care, cough assistance, and other complex care tasks as required.
Providing personal care, manual bowel care, pressure care, moving and handling, and medication administration.
Building strong rapport with service users and their families to deliver personalised care that respects individual needs and preferences.
Working with a diverse range of complex conditions, enhancing your knowledge and skillset through hands-on experience and ongoing training.

We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in complex care.
Highly flexible availability, with the willingness and ability to pick up shifts across days, waking nights, and weekends — especially at short notice.
Willingness to travel within Lincoln and nearby areas.
A current DBS (or willingness to apply) and a valid driving licence.
A strong passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care to clients of all ages.
