Warehouse Operative / Packer + Occasional FLT Counterbalance Driver

Salary: £13.45 per hour / £31,473 per annum + profit share programme

Job Description

Permanent, Full Time – 45 hours per week

The Role

To support our mission, we are seeking a warehouse operative to help us sort & pack used cardboard boxes for reuse, plus occasional FLT loading / un-loading work.This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, purpose-led company.

Location

Our HQ is just a short walk from Hykeham train station, so ideal if you live in Lincoln, North Hykeham or Newark, and if you drive an electric car we have chargers onsite.

Responsibilities

Pick, sort & pack used cardboard boxes.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and FLTs.
Receive and process stock into the warehouse, re-work and put into storage.
Help the warehouse team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Experience & Skills

Current counterbalance FLT license (essential).
Experience working within a busy and productive warehouse.
Ability to work to a high standard within a team environment.

Person Specification

Has a creative approach to finding solutions to new challenges.
Self-motivated worker, happy to work independently.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
An interest in working for a purpose led brand that puts people and planet first.
