If you want to move away from repetitive, dead-end assembly work and actually help build a world-class system from the ground up, this is your opportunity. We started manufacturing our high-performance insulation in-house just a couple of years ago, meaning you will join a close-knit, expanding team where your voice genuinely matters. You will play a hands-on role in shaping our new Lean manufacturing processes, unlocking the capacity needed to produce 10 million SQM of insulation and make SuperFOIL a household name. If you are eager to learn, love solving practical puzzles, and want to progress rapidly as our factory scales, we want to build the future of UK manufacturing with you.
Our Core Values: How We Work Together
We don't just put our values on a wall—they dictate how we run our floor every day, how we measure success, and how we reward our team. We are actively looking for people who naturally live and breathe our cultural pillars:
- We Get Things Done: We choose action over over-analysis, move with pace, and take total ownership of outcomes without saying "that's not my job."
- Do Great Things Together: We put the team's mission above personal ego, practice radical support to help our colleagues succeed, and win as one team.
- We Find a Better Way: We try new things, solve problems at the source, and treat failures as tuition so we never make the same mistake twice.
- We Value Everyone: We listen to all voices, check titles at the door so the best idea always wins, and foster a supportive coaching culture.
What You’ll Do (Accountabilities)
- Maintain a 100% safe, clean, and playbook-compliant manufacturing environment during every single shift to protect your team and our machinery.
- Execute baseline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical playbooks flawlessly to produce high-quality, perfectly measured insulation.
- Deliver consistent production outputs that meet or exceed our target Standard Hour Values (SHV) to keep our lines highly efficient.
- Minimize material waste by keeping a sharp eye out for scrap and edge-trim waste, directly protecting our manufacturing margins.
- Collaborate with your line crew to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies using active continuous improvement and 5S principles.
- Conduct meticulous quality control checks, ensuring all insulation rolls leave the line defect-free with less than 2% rework or scrap waste.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
Must-Haves (Essential)

- Uncompromising Safety Focus: A disciplined approach to health and safety, including 100% compliance with PPE, factory safety protocols, and lock-out/tag-out rules.
- Quality & Precision: Strong attention to detail with a track record of following exact technical playbooks and standard work instructions rather than relying on memory alone.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Prior experience working within a Lean manufacturing or fast-moving production environment.
