What You’ll Do (Accountabilities)
- Execute high-velocity outbound phone activity by consistently hitting our professional baseline 50/2 rule (50 calls and 2 hours of active talk time daily) to build deep partner relationships.
- Activate newly trained contractors through proactive phone onboarding, eliminating setup friction to secure vital first orders.
- Grow our market share by systematically guiding active accounts up our tier-based loyalty ladder from "Trained" to exclusive "Approved Installer" status.
- Deploy commercial consumer and project leads strategically to the installer network, utilizing lead allocation as leverage to maximize conversion and reward partner loyalty.
- Mitigate network churn by monitoring account purchasing metrics, stepping in aggressively via phone to reactivate silent installers and resolve competitor or technical hesitations.
- Maintain flawless CRM data compliance, keeping a clean personal sales pipeline and managing routine trade and merchant documentation.
