Full job description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture upholstery and be capable of producing high-quality work across a wide range of furniture and soft furnishings. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Upholstering a variety of furniture, including:
Chairs
Office Furniture
Sofas
Banquette seating
Loose cushions and furnishings
Measuring, cutting, and fitting fabrics to a high standard
Reupholstering and restoring furniture as required
Ensuring all work meets company quality standards
Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working onsite
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in an upholstery and furniture manufacturing or restoration environment
Proven ability to upholster a wide range of furniture types
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organisational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable Skills

Basic sewing skills but not essential

Experience Required

Upholstery: 2 years (required)
