Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our caring team at Milkwood Care Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Your contribution will help us uphold our commitment to quality care and resident well-being.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of all communal areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Support the smooth daily operation of the home by maintaining cleanliness throughout.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently.
Assist with laundry duties as required.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the home's high standards.
Contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning roles.
Experience in healthcare or elder care environments is advantageous but not essential.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the home.
