Working Hours : 4/5 days per week covering 7.45 am - 5.30 pm
Permanent position, full time, working 4/5 days per week, days will vary from week to week to meet the needs of the business - must be available to cover the working week of Monday - Saturday (Hours approx 37/46 hours per week)

Primacy Farm Butchers is owned by the Bowman family and the farm, which has been in the family for over 30 years, supplies the Food Village, based in Bangor.
The Company has won many prestigious awards over the years including N. Ireland Butcher of the Year and the UK Butchers Plus Award, NI Farm Shop of the Year etc and this has been achieved with a combined excellence of product and staff.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This is a dual role working on the Butchery Counter offering first class customer service plus working as part of the skilled production team in the butchery department. Previous butchery experience is not essential and full training will be provided. This is the perfect role for someone with the desire to learn a new skill and further develop those skills within a busy butchery.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacture Sausages and Burgers, following set recipes and procedures
Serve customers in retail butchery department offering cooking advice and recipe ideas
Stock Intake & Rotation
Prepare, pack and label product for sale
Work as part of a team to prepare and dispatch orders in a timely manner
Maintain stock levels in retail side of butchery
To ensure that the working area is cleaned to the highest standards, e.g. machines, surfaces, fridges etc.
Involves heavy lifting and is a physical role
To assist in any other relevant duties as required.
