We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Head Dental Receptionist to lead and inspire front-of-house teams across three busy, high-performing Belfast practices located in and around the BT7, BT5 and BT28 areas.

You won’t just manage a diary, you’ll help drive success.
As Head Dental Receptionist, you will oversee front-of-house operations across all three Belfast sites, ensuring:
- Smooth, efficient and professional reception performance
- Exceptional patient journeys from first contact to follow-up
- Strong financial controls and accurate reporting
- Achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
- Effective rota management and team supervision
- Training, mentoring and developing reception teams
You will also play a key role in promoting:
- Treatment plans
- Private upgrades
- Whitening and cosmetic options
- Finance options where appropriate
Your confidence in discussing treatment options will directly support practice growth.
We want someone ambitious, organised and ready to lead.
- Dental reception, TCO or dental practice administration experience
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Strong understanding of KPIs and financial targets
- Confident discussing treatment plans and private options
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
