You’ll be joining a group of coffee lovers who care about great service,supporting each other,and making every customer visit memorable.

The Role:Costa Coffee Barista - 6 month temporary contract,16hrs a week

As a Barista,you’ll be at the heart of our store,crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm,welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your day-to-day will include:

Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
Delivering genuine,friendly customer service that brings people back
Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness,health & safety
Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
Most importantly,having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need experience to be a brilliant Barista — just the right attitude and energy. We’ll give you all the training you need to build your skills and thrive.

To succeed in this role,you’ll have:

A positive,upbeat attitude and bags of personality

Confidence to engage with customers and your team
A can-do approach and willingness to learn
The ability to multitask and stay focused during busy shifts
