Lead the Launch of Our New Winsford Depot!

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Depot Supervisor to play a key role in the launch and success of our brand-new Winsford depot.

In this exciting, hands-on position, you'll lead a team of dedicated multi-drop pharmaceutical delivery drivers, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring life-changing medications reach patients safely and on time. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced operation, taking ownership of daily depot activities, motivating your team, and delivering outstanding service every day.

No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys leading people, and wants to make a real impact in a growing business where patient care is at the centre of everything we do.

Role Details:

45 hours per week (5–6 days), Monday to Friday
Shift times are 06:00 am - 15:00 pm with reasonable overtime expected
30 minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and supporting a team of delivery drivers
Overseeing daily dispatch, route planning, and depot operations
Ensuring compliance with GDP, MHRA standards, and company SOPs
Managing rotas, holidays, absence, and staff development
Collaborating with senior management to meet KPIs and service targets
Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining depot safety and cleanliness
Leading on recruitment, inductions, and new-starter training
Providing driving cover when required

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or transport management role
Experience managing drivers and fleet logistics
Strong understanding of Health & Safety (GDP/MHRA knowledge advantageous)
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong geographical knowledge
Excellent communication and people skills
Full UK manual Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
Subject to DBS and reference checks
Must have the right to work in the UK
