Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure the integrity of our accounting processes. Your expertise will help support our financial health and operational efficiency, enabling us to deliver exceptional service and growth. Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
Reconcile bank statements and maintain precise financial records using accounting QuickBooks software.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports with attention to detail
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports
Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies
Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and ensure data integrity

Experience

Proven experience as an Accounts or Bookkeeper within a professional setting
Hands-on experience using popular accounting QuickBooks software.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial recordkeeping
Familiarity with reconciling bank statements and managing general ledger entries
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication within a team environment
