MOST Bakery is an independent, family-run, award-winning artisan bakery in the heart of Altrincham.

THE ROLE
- Applicants interested in both full and part-time roles will be considered
BAKERS
You will:
- Bake a range of artisan breads, including sourdough, enriched and yeasted products
- Have a solid understanding of sourdough and other fermentation processes
- Share our passion for long-fermented breads and high-quality ingredients
- Be enthusiastic about learning, developing your skills and exploring new ideas
- Contribute to product development alongside the wider bakery team
- Help maintain high standards of quality, consistency and organisation
PASTRY CHEFS
You will:
- Produce cakes, patisserie, brownies & blondies, cookies, and other sweet treats from scratch
- Prepare fillings, creams, garnishes and other pastry components
- Be confident in finishing, decorating and piping products to a high standard
- Work alongside our Head Pastry Chef and wider team on product development
- Help maintain high standards of quality, consistency and presentation
- Experience with viennoiserie is desirable but not essential
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least two years' experience working in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised and attentive to detail
- Availability for early morning and weekend shifts
