Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a clinician who shares our commitment to excellence, patient care, and continual growth. Ideally, you will:
- Have at least 2 years of private dentistry experience
- Be confident, friendly, and highly professional
- Have a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry, smile design, and comprehensive patient care
- Experience or interest in aligner therapy, composite bonding, veneers, whitening, and smile makeovers would be advantageous
- Be motivated to build long-term relationships with patients
- Be organised, efficient, and a positive team player
- Hold current GDC registration
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to build a thriving private patient list within a supportive and growing practice. Following an exceptionally successful first year, demand for our services continues to increase. We are therefore seeking a dentist who is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside the practice and help us continue delivering outstanding patient care. Our investment in marketing, social media, and local partnerships has already generated excellent traction and a steady flow of new patient enquiries. We can accommodate a gradual start, beginning with Saturday mornings or one day per week, with the opportunity to expand to 3–5 days as demand grows. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to develop their private and cosmetic dentistry career within a practice that actively invests in both its team and its patients.
