Full job description

#Escape the ordinary and become a Duty Manager of Out of Bounds.

To be successful in this role, you need to be a hands on manager and have the ability to adapt to all situations. You need to be a people person and role model.

Key Responsibilities

As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key operational role in the business, including:

Acting as a strong, competent shift leader across multiple activities
Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high standards throughout the centre
Undertaking and leading climbing and High ropes sessions (climbing ability essential)
Operating and supporting laser tag sessions
Taking responsibility for front-of-house tills, guest interactions, and operational duties
Providing support across all departments and adapting to the business’s needs
Assisting in the café — café/chef experience is advantageous
Being a core part of the management team
Using strong organisation, planning, and IT skills to manage tasks, systems, and operational processes
Demonstrating a problem‑solving, solution‑finding mindset every single day
Manage labour ratio within centre targets

Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

First aid qualified or willingness to undertake training course
