Sales Executive

Sendiplay
Full Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week
Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Salary: £28,000 per annum
OTE: Up to £60,000 per annum
Plus 10% commission on all sales

Sendiplay is an exciting and growing start-up business specialising in sensory rooms, sensory products and outdoor play equipment for schools, nurseries, councils and other educational settings. We are passionate about creating engaging, inclusive and inspiring spaces for children to learn, play and thrive.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and help grow the business further.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who enjoys building relationships, being creative, and working within a growing business where they can really make an impact.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and developing customer relationships across our sensory and outdoor play product ranges.

You will be speaking with schools, nurseries, local authorities and other organisations to understand their needs and help create bespoke sensory and outdoor play solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

Following up sales enquiries and quotations
Generating new business opportunities
Building strong relationships with schools, nurseries and commercial customers
Promoting sensory room installations and outdoor play equipment
Assisting customers with product recommendations and project ideas
Managing customer accounts and maintaining regular contact
Working alongside the wider team on catalogues, social media and promotional activity
Supporting the continued growth and development of the business
Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth

What We Offer

£28,000 annual salary
Uncapped commission structure
OTE up to £60,000 per annum
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Requirements

We are looking for somebody who is:

Confident and personable with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable building relationships with customers
Positive, proactive and enthusiastic
Creative and commercially minded
Competent using Microsoft Office and email systems
Previous sales or customer service experience desirable
Experience within education, play equipment, interiors, sensory products or related industries would be advantageous
Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
