About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to lead and execute our brand presence across social media, influencer marketing, and email.

This is a hands-on, creative and performance-driven role responsible for creating content, managing campaigns, growing brand awareness, and building a strong online community.

You will be responsible for all content creation, including photos, launch imagery, and campaign content. You will plan, shoot, and execute full campaigns from concept through to delivery.

We are also looking for someone who brings their own ideas, creativity, and direction — not just execution, but someone who actively contributes to how the brand shows up visually and culturally.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

Create and manage all social media content across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
Plan, build and maintain structured content calendars aligned to launches, campaigns and brand direction
Ensure all content is planned in advance and executed consistently
Edit and post content across all platforms
Monitor performance and optimise content based on results
Stay ahead of trends and create content that drives engagement and brand awareness

Content Creation & Campaign Production

Responsible for all content creation including photos, launch imagery and campaign visuals
Plan, shoot and execute full campaigns from concept through to delivery
Assist on content shoot days and ensure content output aligns with brand standards
Oversee and manage all content from creation to posting
Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks) in line with brand aesthetic
Ensure a consistent “Nuevo look & feel” across all channels
Bring forward creative ideas for campaigns, content direction and brand storytelling

Influencer & Community Growth

Identify, outreach and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
Manage influencer gifting, collaborations and partnerships
Grow and engage the Nuevo community through comments, DMs and ongoing interaction
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand direction and contributes to brand awareness and growth

Email & Marketing Communications

Design and send weekly email campaigns aligned with upcoming launches and campaigns
Plan and produce marketing communications, including email and SMS broadcasts
Ensure all email content is on-brand and aligned with social and campaign messaging
Support brand awareness and retention through consistent communication

Performance & Reporting

Track and analyse performance across social media, influencer activity and email
Monitor KPIs including engagement, reach, growth and conversions
Provide clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
Continuously optimise strategy to improve performance and brand growth

Ideal Candidate

2+ years experience in social media, content or influencer marketing (fashion, activewear or lifestyle preferred)
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts
Strong content creation and editing skills (TikTok/Reels focused)
Experience planning and managing content calendars in advance
Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
Ability to analyse performance and report on results
Confident managing multiple areas: content, influencers and email
Highly organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of trends, culture and what drives engagement
Creative thinker who brings their own ideas and direction to campaigns, not just execution
Commercially aware — understands what converts, not just what looks good

Summary

This role is for someone who can own the full content and brand presence of Nuevo — from concept creation through to execution and growth — while actively shaping how the brand looks, feels and performs across all platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
