About Us

Mahood Marquees is a well-established marquee hire company delivering high-quality marquees for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and special occasions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to play a central role in the day-to-day running of our business.

The Role

This is a varied and important role at the heart of our operation. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries from first contact right through to event completion — and making sure every customer has a brilliant experience along the way.

A key focus of this role will be taking ownership of our CRM system — implementing, managing, and maintaining it to keep track of leads, quotations, bookings, and customer communications. If you love keeping things organised and enjoy working with systems and technology, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Managing customer enquiries professionally from initial contact through to booking and beyond
Implementing, managing, and maintaining a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings
Following up enquiries and sales leads in a timely and organised way
Preparing and sending quotations, correspondence, and customer information
Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a friendly and professional manner
Managing customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and help improve the customer experience
Keeping customer records, booking information, and internal systems accurate and up to date
Supporting the management team with scheduling, planning, and operational admin
Assisting with email marketing campaigns where required
Helping to improve office processes and customer communication procedures

About You

Experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role
Hands-on experience using or implementing a CRM system — this is essential
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and general office software
Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
A background in events, hospitality, or weddings is desirable but not required
