Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and marketing, eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support various sales and marketing initiatives, contribute to project management tasks, and assist in analysing market trends to optimise our strategies. Strong organisational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential for success in this position.

Duties

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Support project management activities by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to communicate findings and proposals clearly.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen business relationships.
Assist in Management of content updates on websites and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
Maintain organised records of marketing activities, budgets, and project timelines for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable experience or interest in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing strategies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; IT literacy is a must.
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for marketing optimisation.
Experience or knowledge of project management principles is desirable.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good analysis skills to evaluate campaign performance and market trends.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
